Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Junior or Senior Manager – Finance to join our team. This role is ideal for qualified CA or CMA professionals with strong expertise in financial reporting and compliance or MBA Finance with 2 yrs exp in Accounts/Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements as per Ind AS
Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Coordinate with auditors and drive process improvements
Supervise the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification (Essential):
Chartered Accountant (CA), or
Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)

Experience :

Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a reputed organization
At least 1 year experience in a company preparing financials under Ind AS
Desirable:
CISA/DISA certification or completion of Ind AS course
1+ year experience working in an ERP environment (SAP preferred)
