Accountant

Job Summary:
Leemboodi Fashion is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance (GST, TDS), monthly financial statements, and vendor/customer reconciliations. The candidate must be proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and capable of handling accounting independently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts: journals, ledgers, cash/bank books.

• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements.

• Manage accounts payable & receivable and perform reconciliations.

• Handle GST, TDS filings and ensure timely compliance.

• Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.

• Support audits and prepare required documentation.

• Create Excel reports using formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.

• Improve financial processes & assist management with reporting.
  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.

  • 4–5 years relevant accounting experience (preferably in e-commerce/retail).

  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP (or similar accounting software).

  • Advanced MS Excel skills — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF/SUMIF, INDEX/MATCH (nice to have).

  • Sound knowledge of GST, TDS and basic taxation rules.

  • Attention to detail, good communication, and ability to work independently.
