Accountant

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented fresher accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations and interact with our customers as required. The role involves maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring timely reconciliation, and providing courteous communication to schools, distributors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily accounting entries in Busy or other accounting software.

• Manage invoices, receipts, and payment tracking for customers and vendors.

• Reconcile bank statements and assist with financial reporting.

• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams regarding billing and account settlements.

• Communicate with customers for outstanding payments and invoice queries.

• Assist in audit preparation and documentation.

• Support management with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with Tally or similar software.

• Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to work.
