Accountant

he Immigration Accountant is responsible for managing and analyzing all financial aspects related to immigration services, visa applications, and compliance processes. This role ensures accurate billing, financial reporting, and budget tracking for immigration-related activities while maintaining adherence to local and international accounting and immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

• Prepare and manage financial records for immigration cases, visa fees, and client billing.

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable specific to immigration services.

• Reconcile immigration-related financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting immigration program costs.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for immigration operations.

• Track government fee payments and refunds for visa and work permit processing.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure all immigration financial transactions comply with local tax and accounting laws.

• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and government inspections.

• Collaborate with immigration officers, HR, and legal teams to ensure compliance with immigration regulations.

• Prepare financial documentation for visa sponsorships and government submissions.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination:

• Coordinate with clients or internal departments to process immigration-related invoices and payments.

• Provide financial guidance to employees or clients regarding visa costs, payment structures, and reimbursements.

• Support immigration consultants and legal teams with financial documentation for case submissions.
