Accountant

An accountant proficient in Busy software manages daily accounting operations, handles GST and TDS compliance, prepares financial statements, performs bank reconciliations, and processes invoices and bills using the software. Key requirements typically include a graduation in Commerce, prior experience with Busy software, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and excellent organizational and attention to detail skills. 

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize BUSY Software:

  Manage daily accounting entries, financial records, and reports within Busy accounting software. 

• Manage Financial Transactions:

  Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and bank reconciliations. 

• Ensure Compliance:

  Handle Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) calculations and filings. 

• Prepare Financial Reports:

  Generate ledgers, trial balances, and financial statements such as profit and loss (P&L) and balance sheets. 

• Maintain Accurate Records:

  Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and properly documented. 

• Coordinate Operations:

  Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/clients to facilitate smooth accounting operations.
