Accountant

Job Summary:

We are Hiring for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations of our co-working space. The candidate will be responsible for handling bookkeeping, billing, vendor payments, client invoicing, and basic financial reporting, ensuring smooth financial transactions and supporting overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software.

· Manage accounts receivable and payable – invoicing members, tracking payments, and following up on dues.

· Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to evaluate financial performance and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

· Handle petty cash, vendor payments, and office expense tracking.

· Vendor expenses to be managed along with the bills data records.

· Coordinate with the operations team for monthly billing and occupancy reports.

· Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursement.

· Prepare monthly GST returns, TDS filings, and ensure tax compliance.

· Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of all financial entries.

· Support in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports.

· Communicate with external auditors and consultants during audits and compliance checks.

· Keep a record of asset depreciation, insurance, and utility bills.

· Managing the accounts (inflow and outflow of the payments)

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).

· 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (co-working, real estate, or hospitality sectors preferred).

· Proficiency in accounting software.

· Knowledge of GST, TDS, and ge

· Knowledge of tax compliance in India.

· Strong Excel skills and comfort with financial data handling.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines and the given targets.
