Job Description

We are looking for a smart and responsible Accountant cum Office Assistant who can handle basic accounting as well as prepare quotations, invoices, and reports using MS Excel and MS Word.Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounts (purchase, sales, and expenses)Prepare and send quotations to clients in Word & Excel formatHandle GST billing, e-way bills, and vendor recordsMaintain stock and payment follow-upsCoordinate with office team and clients for quotation and billingRequirements:Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and basic accountingMust know how to prepare quotation & invoice formatsExperience: Minimum 1–2 years (Freshers with strong computer knowledge can also apply)Education: Graduate (B.Com preferred)Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
