📢 ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (MID-LEVEL)

📍 Job Location: BKC Extension, Kurla West, Mumbai
🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
🍱 Lunch Break: 30 Minutes
💼 Experience: 3–5 Years
🎓 Qualification: M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
📈 Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate

🛠️ Required Skills

• 💻 Proficiency in BUSY / ZOHO Accounting Software

• 📊 Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.

• 🧾 Solid understanding of GST, TDS and other statutory compliances

• 🔍 Experience in Statutory & Internal Audit activities

• ⏱️ Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines

• 🤝 Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills

📋 Key Responsibilities & Duties

• 🧮 Handle day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger management and reconciliations

• 🧾 Prepare GST returns and TDS workings and assist with statutory compliance

• 💳 Manage vendor payments and receivables

• 🏦 Coordinate with banks for statutory and other banking requirements

• 📈 Generate MIS reports and assist management with financial tracking

• 📑 Support finalization of accounts in coordination with the external CA

• 🗂️ Maintain statutory records and required documentation

• 🔍 Assist with internal audit documentation

• 📅 Support month-end closing activities

• ✅ Ensure accuracy and proper maintenance of accounting records

👤 Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong practical knowledge of accounting software, GST/TDS compliance, Excel and day-to-day accounting operations.
