Job Description

Job Description

  • Assisting in preparing Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Financial Statement.

  • Assisting in preparing Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly MIS.

  • Preparing variance report and Business Review Meeting report.

  • Assisting in Statutory, Tax Audit and preparing supporting documents and working paper including prepaid, depreciation, preparing detailed working for Transfer pricing.

  • Assisting in preparing Budget, Forecast and projections.

  • Ledger Scrutiny & reconciliation on monthly basis

  • Getting Quarterly Balance Confirmation from main Customers/Suppliers

  • Getting Yearly Balance Confirmation from Customers.

  • Preparation of Stock Statement, Un-hedged Statement & NDS statement (Monthly / Qtly)

  • Compiling data required for ITR Filing

  • Verification of pending IDPMS and EDPMS, coordinating with Bank to clear the same.

  • Specific Financial Transaction (SFT) Reporting.

  • OFFSET Working and sharing the same with Customer/Supplier

  • Taking care of AR-AP

  • Coordinating with C.A. for certification.

  • Downloading form 26AS and AIS and reconciling the same with books of accounts

  • Preparing Debit Note working and emailing Debit Note to Customers
