Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and financial records. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in accounting software such as TallyPrime, Busy Accounting Software, or Microsoft Excel.

Prepare and record sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.

Prepare GST invoices and assist in GST return filing.

Calculate and record TDS entries.

Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.

Generate monthly financial reports and MIS reports.

Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.

Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.

Required Skills

Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Proficiency in Tally, Busy, and Excel.

Understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Effective communication and organizational skills.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
