Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, and support the finance team in daily operations. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals

Handle accounts payable and receivable processes

Prepare invoices, bills, and expense reports

Reconcile bank statements and company accounts

Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Support audits and ensure proper documentation

Monitor financial transactions and resolve discrepancies

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally)

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and organizational skills
