We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing quotations, handling billing and invoicing, and ensuring timely payment collections. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions and services.
Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and other account-related documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account status.
Generate reports on sales, revenue, and account performance.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Qualifications:
