Accountant (Articleship)

We are looking to hire for Shreeya Bhuvnesh & Co for the position of Accountant.

• Accounting & Bookkeeping:
  

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally.

  • Record day-to-day journal entries, vouchers, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.

• Taxation & Compliance:
  

  • Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return).

  • Computation and filing of TDS returns and ensuring timely payments.

  • Preparation and filing of Individual Income Tax Returns (ITR).

• ROC & Company Law Support:
  

  • Assist in ROC filings and compliance work under Companies Act (training/support will be provided if required).

• MIS & Reporting:
  

  • Prepare Excel-based MIS reports, reconciliations, and data analysis.

  • Support management in financial decision-making by providing accurate reports.

• Coordination:
  

  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and clients for smooth compliance.

  • Ensure all statutory deadlines are met without penalties.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Prime.

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions.

• Knowledge or willingness to learn ROC filings and MCA compliances.

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle deadlines.

• Good communication and analytical skills
