Role:

Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound, picking, packing, and dispatch. Manage team, ensure productivity, inventory accuracy, and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Team handling & shift management

Monitor attendance & productivity

Ensure stock accuracy & process adherence

Handle dispatch, audits & escalations

Requirements:

Graduate

Warehouse/logistics experience

Basic Excel/WMS knowledge

Good leadership & communication skills

Salary: As per industry + PF/ESIC
