Warehouse Manager

We are hiring a Warehouse Manager for our company warehouse in Karol Bagh, Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations and handling e-commerce orders from Amazon and Flipkart.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage warehouse staff and assign daily tasks

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits

• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and returns for e-commerce orders

• Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and dispatch of products

• Implement process improvements to reduce errors and increase productivity

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Prepare performance reports and coordinate with upper management
  
  Job Requirements: Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics (4+ years preferred)

• Good knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart warehouse processes

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure

• Basic computer knowledge for inventory systems and reporting

• Physical stamina for occasional hands-on warehouse tasks
  
  Working Hours:

  • Office Time: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

  • Lunch Break: 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
