Warehouse Manager

·         Receipt of Goods:

·         Oversee the day to day Inbound and Outbound inventory management of the F&V category.

·         Receive, verify (with the warehouse transfer note) and document goods received from vendors

·         Quality Control- Ensure that the goods being delivered by Suppliers meet the agreed quality parameters

·         Category wise Packing:

·         Verify packing targets received from Category Team and ensure that they are communicated to different packing teams

·         Manage a team of TL and Supervisors responsible for ensuring packets are packed on Smart Scale machines

·         Oversee fulfilment of daily packing targets and ensure hassle free handover to night operations team

·         Additional Responsibilities:

·         Publish regular operations reports on stock status, inventory, packaging, dispatch etc.

·         Keep Upper-level Management apprised of daily operations.

·         Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

·         Ensure no stock-outs

·         Stakeholder management- coordinate with Operations and Procurement team and/or other relevant stakeholders
