CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. End-to-End Warehouse Ownership
Lead and control complete warehouse operations — Inbound, GRN, Put-away, Inventory, RMA, Picking, Packing, and Dispatch
Ensure 100% Warehouse SLA and TAT adherence across all clients
Drive daily operational planning and execution
Maintain high operational discipline and process compliance
2. RMA & Electronics Operations
Manage complete RMA lifecycle for laptops, desktops, smartphones, and accessories
Oversee testing, grading, repair coordination, and reporting
Ensure serialized inventory accuracy
Monitor RMA TAT and productivity metrics
Handle client escalations related to device handling
3. Multi-Client Operations Management
Manage inventory and operations for multiple clients simultaneously
Ensure client-wise segregation, reporting, and SLA adherence
Conduct stock reconciliation and variance analysis
Maintain system and physical stock alignment
4. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, supervise, and scale a large warehouse team
Allocate daily targets for inbound, RMA processing, and dispatch
Drive team productivity and accountability
Conduct daily performance reviews and corrective action planning
Motivate, train, and guide team members to achieve operational excellence
5. KPI & MIS Management
Track and monitor warehouse KPIs including:
o Inbound & Outbound TAT
o Put-away and Picking TAT
o Dispatch SLA
o RMA Processing Time
o Inventory Accuracy
o Productivity per resource
o Order Fulfilment Accuracy
o Daily Target Achievement %
o Stock Variance %
o Client SLA Compliance Rate
6. Process Improvement & Problem Solving
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Drive cost control and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and housekeeping standards
Take full accountability for operational success and issue resolution
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE
5+ years of warehouse experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong experience in electronics warehouse handling
Hands-on experience in RMA process management
Advanced MS Excel (Dashboards, MIS, Data Analysis)
Prepare professional PPT presentations for client review meetings
Present performance reports to management and clients
ERP/WMS system knowledge with hands-on experience
Strong leadership and decision-making ability
Excellent communication and client handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume operations
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Proficient in Hindi & Kannada (spoken)
