Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, dispatch, and team supervision. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse processes, accurate inventory, timely dispatches, and compliance with safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Supervise and allocate work to warehouse staff, loaders, pickers, and other team members.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical stock counts.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement and operations teams.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, handling, and segregation of materials.

• Track inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excess stock.

• Maintain warehouse documentation, including GRN, dispatch records, stock reports, and system transactions.

• Ensure proper utilization of warehouse space and equipment.

• Implement FIFO/FEFO and other inventory-control practices where applicable.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping, security, and company SOPs.

• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, and dispatch turnaround time.

• Coordinate with sales, procurement, logistics, finance, and other departments.

• Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse personnel.

• Identify process improvements to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory/managerial role.

• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.

• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel.

• Strong team-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
