Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily warehouse operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently, safely, and on time. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can optimize workflows while maintaining a high standard of inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Operations: Manage the end-to-end flow of inventory, including receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure peak performance and a positive work culture.
Inventory Control: Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized facility.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Excel.
Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, physical stamina, and the ability to lead under pressure.
