Warehouse Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of warehouse premises

• Supervise & train warehouse staff, assign tasks, monitor performance

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for timely deliveries

• Monitor equipment maintenance (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)

• Generate and maintain reports (inbound, outbound, stock movement)

• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferably in supply chain, logistics, or related field)

• 1–5 years’ experience in warehouse operations or logistics roles

• Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Knowledge of inventory management systems / ERP

• Analytical skills, attention to detail, good communication

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
