Warehouse Incharge – KRA's

Inventory Management
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
- Minimize stock discrepancies and losses.
Goods Receipt (GRN)
- Ensure timely and accurate GRN processing.
- Verify quantity and quality of incoming materials.
Dispatch Management
- Ensure on-time dispatch as per SLA.
- Verify correct packing, documentation, and shipment.
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain proper storage and bin management.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization..
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
MIS & Reporting
- Submit daily inventory, GRN, dispatch, and ageing reports.
- Report stock variances and operational issues promptly.
