Job Summary
Responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, inventory control, material inward/outward, dispatch, documentation, and warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
Verify incoming materials against purchase orders/invoices.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory entries.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, storage, and FIFO practices.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages/excess stock.
Prepare and maintain GRN, delivery challans, issue slips, stock transfer notes, and dispatch documents.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, Accounts, and Transport teams.
Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work.
Ensure safe loading/unloading and proper material handling.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and space utilization.
Handle damaged, returned, rejected, and obsolete materials.
Support stock audits and prepare warehouse reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma preferred.
2–5 years of warehouse/inventory experience.
Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
Good communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
