Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Location: Kesar Auto
Department: Stores / Inventory / Warehouse

Role Objective

To manage spare parts and materials efficiently by ensuring accurate receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control, supporting smooth service and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Goods Receipt & Verification

   • Receive spare parts and materials from vendors.

   • Verify quantity, quality, and invoice/GRN against purchase orders.

   • Report shortages, damages, or mismatches immediately.

2. Inventory Management

   • Maintain accurate stock records (manual/system).

   • Ensure proper binning and labeling of parts.

   • Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving items.

   • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.

3. Issuance of Parts

   • Issue spare parts to service advisors, technicians, and sales teams as per requirement.

   • Maintain proper issue records and approvals.

4. System & Documentation

   • Update inward, outward, and stock data in ERP/DMS.

   • Maintain invoices, delivery challans, and stock registers.

   • Ensure compliance with company and audit requirements.

5. Warehouse Maintenance

   • Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

   • Follow FIFO/FEFO practices.

   • Ensure proper handling to avoid damage or loss.

6. Coordination

   • Coordinate with Purchase, Service, Sales, and Accounts teams.

   • Support warranty parts handling and returns to OEM/vendor.

7. Compliance & Safety

   • Follow safety guidelines and company SOPs.

   • Assist during internal and external audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Graduate / Diploma (preferred)

• 1–3 years experience in automobile/two-wheeler warehouse or spare parts

• Knowledge of inventory control and stock management

• Basic computer skills (ERP/DMS, Excel)

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Attention to detail and discipline
