Main Accountabilities:

 Oversee all loading and unloading activities, ensuring they are performed efficiently and safely..

 Monitor for adherence to company policies and all national and legal safety standards.

 Check inbound and outbound goods, comparing items and quantities against shipping records (like waybills or bills of lading) to ensure accuracy.

 Determine the best sequence and patterns for loading to maximize space and prevent shifting or damage to goods during transit.

 Record information about shipments, report any damaged goods, and maintain records of loading activities..

 Provide on-the-job training to workers on proper loading and unloading procedures and safety protocols.

Qualification: 12th / Graduate/ Fresher / Experience

Age : 18 to 30 years

Gender : Male

Monthly Salary CTC : 20,810/- ( In-hand salary - 16,329/- )
