·         Receive and verify incoming shipments (solar panels, inverters, structures, cables, etc.).

·         Store materials systematically to optimize space and access.

·         Pick, pack, and prepare materials for project dispatches as per site requirements.

·         Update stock records daily and maintain accurate inventory tracking.

·         Assist in regular stock audits and reconciliation.

·         Handle material movements safely and follow warehouse safety protocols.

·         Report damages, shortages, or inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.

·         Coordinate closely with procurement and project teams for timely material supply.

·         Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area.
