Job Title: Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to manage warehouse operations, material dispatch, and client deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with drivers for timely placement and delivery of materials.
• Paste and verify stickers/labels on boxes before dispatch.
• Count and verify boxes as per invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Properly hand over materials at clients’ warehouses and obtain necessary acknowledgments.
• Instruct labour staff and supervise loading, unloading, and warehouse activities.
• Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, drivers, and clients.
• Visit warehouses as required and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Develop and identify new vendors in nearby locations during non-operational hours.
Requirements:
• Must own a two-wheeler for warehouse visits and field coordination.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle warehouse operations and supervise labour teams.
• Basic knowledge of inventory, dispatch, and logistics processes.
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
