Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and finished goods.
Ensure accurate storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
Process order picking, packing, and dispatch according to company standards.
Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock counts and reconciliations.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth material movement.
Ensure timely loading and unloading of goods.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adherence to safety regulations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse performance reports.
Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software for inventory tracking.
Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
