Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive with at least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, stock handling, and dispatch activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.

  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

  • Verify incoming and outgoing garments against invoices and delivery challans.

  • Perform physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Ensure proper labelling, barcode scanning, sorting, and storage of products.

  • Coordinate with the sales, purchase, accounts, and logistics teams.

  • Update stock details in Excel or ERP software.

  • Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and safety.

  • Report stock shortages, damaged goods, and inventory mismatches to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory operations.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and stock management.

  • Experience in ERP or inventory management software is preferred.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Ability to work in a team and manage daily warehouse tasks.

Educational Qualification

  • PUC / 12th Pass or Any Graduate.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in garment, textile, apparel, or wholesale warehouse operations will be preferred.
