Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for handling all customer returns, QC checks, stock updating and reconciliation. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and verify all returned and exchange items. - Perform QC and segregate good, damaged, refurbish and scrap stock. - Update returned stock in ERP/WMS accurately. - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports. - Coordinate with customer support, logistics and QC teams. - Maintain proper documentation for all returns.
