Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to join our team at at Aanet Talent Global Solutions. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹20000 - ₹25000 with growth opportunities.

Job Summary:

Materials receiving and delivering, materials storage, materials releasing, Finished goods packaging and shipping and Physical counting

Qualification Requirements:

• College degree above 

• Minimum of 2 years material management experience;

• At least 1 years of experience in the electronic manufacturing industry.

• Familiar with Electronic component or Equipment parts is priority;

• Familiar with stock management is priority;

• Have basic English background;

• Strong flexibility, ability to work in a team and cooperate with other teams and departments;

• Good communication skills;

• Good supervisory skills and ability to complete task on time;

• Ability to complete work without supervision;

• Ability to use Excel to planning. ERP knowledge is preferred;

• With working in multi-culture environment experience preferred;

• Understand English and communicate fluently in Mandarin;

• Good computer skills.

• Understand the policies, terms and regulations of 14001 and 45001

Main Tasks / Responsibilities:

• Parts receiving, delivering and issuing;

• Physical counting.

• ERP system operation:

• Materials are stored in a specific location with clear label

• Materials are put-away and picked using FIFO methods

• Materials are stored according to procedure for packaging

• Check temperature-controlled room

• All other warehousing responsibility

• Present monthly inventory statements to PUR manager and finance including: Inventory turnover、Monthly physical statement.

• Implement relevant management rules and regulations on production safety, environment and occupational health;

• Completion the other tasks assigned by the company or senior manager.
