Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls, etc.).

• Prepare and draft documents, reports, and presentations as required.

• Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases.

• Arrange travel and accommodation for management or staff when needed.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.

• Support in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

• Handle office inventory, stationery, and ensure smooth office operations.

• Liaise with internal teams and external clients/vendors when required.

• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
