The Company is looking for an organized and energetic Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end order fulfillment for our product across multiple business verticals. This role will be responsible for daily delivery planning, booking & scheduling pick-ups, coordinating dispatches, managing courier partners, and ensuring seamless logistics execution from start to finish.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule daily dispatches for Mumbai deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal delivery teams and ensure all orders are prepared, dispatched, and tracked.
• Book deliveries on external logistics platforms (Porter / Borzo, etc.) and ensure timely pickups.
• Manage intercity logistics coordination with courier partners, including bookings, tracking, and delivery follow-ups.
• Maintain updated delivery status reports and update clients proactively with delivery timelines, tracking, POD, etc.
• Work closely with the sales team, warehouse/packing team, and finance to ensure order flow is smooth end-to-end.
• Troubleshoot delays, exceptions, or issues and close-loop resolutions with minimal escalations.
• Maintain records of dispatches, courier expenses, timelines, and daily order movement.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination/dispatching/operations desk preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments + external stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-moving operational environments.
• Should be comfortable working with logistics applications (example: Porter, Borzo, etc.) and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize,and deliver on timelines consistently.
