Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our team at at Candor Foods Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹25000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming goods against invoices/challans.

• Accurately pick and pack orders as per dispatch schedule.

• Update stock records and assist in cycle counts and physical stock verification.

• Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of goods to prevent damage.

• Assist in loading/unloading vehicles and ensure safe material handling.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards inside the warehouse.

• Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Supervisor/Manager.

• Operate basic warehouse equipment (hand trolleys, pallet jacks, etc.).

• Follow SOPs, company policies, and support audits/inspections.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
