Job Purpose:
The Fleet Executive will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and managing day-to-day fleet operations including vehicle allocation, technician deployment, and maintenance scheduling, and reporting. This role ensures operational efficiency and uptime of EVs deployed across client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage daily EV fleet operations across designated locations in Mumbai.
Coordinate deployment and allocation of EVs to clients (e.g., Swiggy, Zepto, and Flipkart).
Supervise battery technicians and service teams for smooth functioning.
Ensure all vehicles are regularly maintained, charged, and road-ready.
Track and resolve issues related to vehicle breakdowns, battery swaps, or rider escalations.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, service logs, and downtime reports.
Liaise with logistics and service teams to optimize fleet availability and rotation.
Conduct periodic audits and inspections of the fleet.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and service standards.
Support rider onboarding, training, and performance monitoring in coordination with the HR and service teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Logistics, Operations, or Engineering).
1–3 years of experience in fleet operations, vehicle logistics, or EV management preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and fleet tracking software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach to field operations.
Knowledge of EVs, battery swapping systems, and last-mile delivery models is a plus.
