Warehouse Assistant

• Logistics & Inventory: Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock, as well as picking, packing, and scanning orders for dispatch.

• Operations & Equipment: Loading/unloading delivery vehicles, operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery

• Record Keeping: Updating stock records in systems, managing inventory controls, and reporting discrepancies.

• Safety & Maintenance: Adhering to safety standards, keeping the workspace clean, and organizing stock.

• Documentation: Inspecting shipping invoices, creating delivery notes, and processing, labeling, and sorting orders.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items, often standing for long periods.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy for inventory software and, commonly, certification/ability to operate forklifts.

• Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to organize inventory effectively.

• Communication: Ability to work well in a team and communicate with supervisors regarding stock issues.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
