Job Description – Vendor Management
Position: Vendor Management Executive / Manager
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 1–4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors as per business requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and payments.
Monitor vendor performance, quality, pricing, and service levels.
Ensure timely resolution of vendor-related issues and discrepancies.
Maintain accurate vendor records, agreements, and documentation.
Coordinate with Purchase, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams.
Conduct regular vendor reviews and support cost optimization initiatives.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, or Purchase.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and vendor management processes.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and work within deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
