Job Description

Manage daily dispatch operations for D2C and B2B orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
Supervise packing processes to maintain product quality and ensure damage-free deliveries.
Take ownership of inventory management, including real-time stock monitoring, audits, and reconciliations.
Oversee and maintain the organization, cleanliness, and safety of the warehouse premises.
Operate and manage all shipping platforms such as Shiprocket and Unicommerce, resolving logistical issues proactively.
Coordinate with internal teams and ensure order sync and inventory flow on Shopify and across all e-commerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and others.
Implement best practices to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational errors.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, and dispatch operations.
Proficiency in shipping tools like Shiprocket and Unicommerce.
Working knowledge of Shopify and major marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.).
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and team management skills.
Hands-on experience with inventory software and good command of Microsoft Excel.
