Warehouse Executive

• Manage daily dispatch operations for D2C and B2B orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.

• Supervise packing processes to maintain product quality and ensure damage-free deliveries.

• Take ownership of inventory management, including real-time stock monitoring, audits, and reconciliations.

• Oversee and maintain the organization, cleanliness, and safety of the warehouse premises.

• Operate and manage all shipping platforms such as Shiprocket and Unicommerce, resolving logistical issues proactively.

• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure order sync and inventory flow on Shopify and across all e-commerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and others.

• Implement best practices to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational errors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, and dispatch operations.

• Proficiency in shipping tools like Shiprocket and Unicommerce.

• Working knowledge of Shopify and major marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.).

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and team management skills.

• Hands-on experience with inventory software and good command of Microsoft Excel.
