Key Responsibilities

✔ Plan, schedule, and coordinate vehicle dispatches for inbound and outbound shipments

✔ Monitor and track vehicles in real-time using GPS & TMS

✔ Ensure timely deliveries & pickups while minimizing cost and optimizing routes

✔ Communicate with transporters, drivers, warehouse teams & customers

✔ Maintain transport records, delivery schedules, trip sheets & driver logs

✔ Ensure compliance with safety regulations & legal documentation

✔ Coordinate with warehouse teams for loading/unloading and TAT adherence

✔ Manage vehicle placement, vendor quotations & maintain strong vendor base

✔ Generate daily/weekly transport reports & KPIs

Key Requirements

🎓 Education: Graduate (Diploma/Certification in Logistics or Transport Management preferred)

🕒 Experience: 3–5 years in transportation/traffic management (preferably in 3PL)

🛠 Skills:

MS Office, Google Sheets & TMS proficiency

Strong organizational & planning skills

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure

Knowledge of local routes & compliance norms
