Job Description

For a transport job, you should know basic computer and MS Excel for booking and making reports. The most important skills are good communication and coordination. You need to talk with drivers, and branches to make sure shipments are delivered on time. Basic knowledge of routes and logistics is also needed to know where goods will go and how much time it will take. You must also handle vehicle insurance renewal, fitness certificate, and vehicle repair work with the garage and RTO. Problem-solving skills are important because sometimes trucks get delayed or there are issues on the road.
