Job Description

Inventory Manager (Stores)

Queens Bay International is a manufacturer and exporter of pre-rolled cones, rolling paper booklets, filters, and custom packaging for international B2B clients. Factory: 6/3 South Side of GT Road, Ghaziabad.

Location: Work from factory, GT Road Ghaziabad (daily commute required)

Salary: ₹25,000 – 40,000 gross per month, depending on experience

Experience: 4–8 years running a physical store/warehouse in a manufacturing company

About the role

Full ownership of our raw material and finished goods stores: what comes in, what goes out, and records that always match physical stock.

Responsibilities

• GRN for every inward receipt; coordinate inspection; document and return rejections.

• Organize the store: racks, bins, labeling, FIFO issue to production.

• Cycle counts and monthly reconciliation; investigate every variance.

• Enter stock movements in our internal system daily.

• Alert purchase before material runs low.

• Hand over finished goods to dispatch with documented quantities.

What we are looking for

• You have personally answered for stock differences in an audit or reconciliation.

• You can quote your stock accuracy numbers from your current job.

• Daily data discipline and working Excel.

• Comfortable in a factory environment in Ghaziabad.
