Logistics Export Coordinator

We are looking for a Export Coordinator to join our team at at Power Tech. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and dispatch orders while keeping stock records up-to-date.

• Store goods properly in the warehouse and ensure all items are labeled correctly.

• Check the quality of goods before dispatch.

• Train workers to handle materials safely, including hazardous items.

• Monitor and update inventory regularly.

The candidate will be responsible for generating export leads, coordinating overseas inquiries, managing digital B2B platforms, preparing export quotations, communicating with international customers, and supporting the complete export sales process. • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of export documentation, digital marketing for international markets, and experience in the electrical switchgear or industrial equipment industry. Key Responsibilities Export Marketing • Coordinate export marketing campaigns. • Develop new international customers and distributors. • Conduct market research for target countries. • Maintain relationships with overseas buyers. • Optimize product listings using SEO keywords. • Coordinate LinkedIn and international social media marketing. • Create promotional content for export campaigns. Sales Coordination • Respond to export inquiries promptly. • Prepare quotations and proposals. • Follow up with international customers. • Coordinate with the sales team for negotiations. • Update CRM and inquiry status. Customer Coordination • Handle email communication with overseas clients. • Arrange online meetings with international customers. • Coordinate product presentations. • Maintain customer records. Market Research • Identify new export opportunities. • Analyze competitor activities. • Research importers, distributors, and EPC contractors. • Prepare monthly market intelligence reports. Internal Coordination • Coordinate with: o Production o Purchase o Quality Department o Logistics o Accounts • Ensure timely dispatch of export orders.
