Job Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the daily performance and KPI achievement of all allocated Assistant Transport Relationship Managers (ATRMs).
Monitor all vehicle Turn Around Times (TATs), focusing on quick vehicle detail receipt and on-time port arrival.
Strategically build and maintain relationships with key/graded transporters working with the company.
Conduct next-level negotiation and finalization of transport rates, especially when ATRMs cannot secure competitive bids.
Lead the implementation of the fixed order system and ensure allocation based on transporter grade.
Resolve critical transporter complaints to maintain transporter trust.
Analyze complex transport reports and lead internal training sessions to enhance team clarity for ATRMs.
Provide practical SOP input on complex issues like vehicle wait times and unloading delays to the Transport Manager.
