Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Employee Transport Coordinator to manage day-to-day employee transportation operations, including route planning, transport scheduling, vendor coordination, and operational monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily employee transport operations.

• Plan and optimize transport routes and schedules.

• Coordinate with transport vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Monitor OTA/OTD metrics and resolve transport-related issues.

• Maintain transport records and operational reports.

• Ensure smooth and efficient transport operations.

• Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Corporate Employee Transportation is mandatory.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Hands-on experience with Basic Excel and Transport Management Systems (TMS).

• Ability to manage transport operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
