Job Summary

We are looking for a Tracking Executive to monitor the movement of company vehicles, coordinate with depot supervisors, track trip and delivery status, and ensure timely communication of vehicle movements and operational updates during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track company vehicles using GPS/vehicle tracking systems.

• Monitor vehicle movement, location, route, and trip status during the night shift.

• Coordinate with depot supervisors regarding vehicle location, route, delays, and delivery status.

• Follow up with depot supervisors regarding vehicle departures, arrivals, stoppages, and delays.

• Identify and report route deviations, unexpected stoppages, or delays to the concerned team.

• Maintain regular updates on vehicle movement and delivery status.

• Escalate major delays or operational issues to the concerned supervisor/management.

• Maintain daily vehicle tracking records and prepare basic tracking reports in Excel.

• Update vehicle arrival, departure, and delivery status accurately.

• Maintain proper records of follow-ups, vehicle movements, and operational updates.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth movement of vehicles and timely deliveries.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers can apply; candidates with experience in vehicle tracking, logistics, transportation, or operations will be preferred.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

• Comfortable working with GPS/tracking systems and maintaining records.

• Ability to monitor multiple vehicles and handle operational updates efficiently.

• Willingness to work in a night shift is mandatory.

• Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
