Picker / Packer:
Customer ke orders ya online orders ke mutabiq shelves se items pick karna aur unhe safely pack karna.
Items ko properly label aur organize karna.
Sales Associate / Customer Care:
Store par aane wale customers ko greet karna aur unhe products dhoondhne mein madad karna.
Store ki cleanliness aur product display ko maintain rakhna.
Cashier (Billing Executive):
Billing counter par fast aur accurate billing karna (POS software ka use karke).
Cash aur digital payments (UPI, Card) ko properly handle karna.
Counter Refilling Executive:
Store ke aisles aur counters par samay-samay par stock (goods) refill karte rehna.
Stock ki expiry dates aur pricing tags ko check karna.
Requirements & Eligibility:
Education: Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience: Fresher aur Experienced dono apply kar sakte hain (Retail experience ko preference di jayegi).
Skills:
Achchi communication skills (Local language + Hindi/English).
Basic computer/maths knowledge (Cashier role ke liye zaroori).
Active, energetic aur long hours khade rehkar kaam karne ki capacity.
Age: 18 Years se upar.
