Job Title: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production and packaging operations to ensure timely delivery of orders

• Maintain high standards of quality, especially for luxury and customized gifting products

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth workflow

• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies

• Ensure proper handling and finishing of delicate and premium products

• Train and guide production staff to maintain efficiency and consistency

• Implement and follow SOPs to improve productivity and minimize errors

• Conduct quality checks before dispatch to ensure brand standards are met

Requirements:

• 1 year to 4 year of experience in production, operations, or manufacturing (preferably in gifting, e-commerce, or FMCG)

• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines efficiently

• Basic knowledge of inventory management

• Strong communication and team coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling customized or luxury products

• Understanding of packaging aesthetics and presentation

• Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach
