The role includes handling daily operations, managing stock and displays, assisting customers with books, sizes, and fabric details, coordinating with suppliers and schools, and preparing basic sales and inventory reports. The candidate should have retail or supervisory experience, good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and strong product understanding. A professional attitude, problem-solving ability, and a bike with a valid driving license are compulsory for field-related tasks.
