Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand, as per market standards)
The Inventory Management Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock locations (including rack allocation), and ensuring smooth warehouse and logistics operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with Excel and inventory management systems to optimize stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
· Maintain and update inventory data in the system with accuracy and timeliness.
· Manage rack allocation and ensure all products are stored systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
· Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits and reconcile any variances.
· Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions or replenishment alerts as needed.
· Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and dispatch teams for smooth inventory flow.
· Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward materials.
· Track and manage slow-moving, damaged, or expired items.
· Prepare detailed Excel-based inventory and stock movement reports for management review.
· Support demand forecasting and inventory planning activities.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
· Identify and assist in implementing process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and storage efficiency.
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
· Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Reporting, etc.).
· Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Zoho, or equivalent).
· Good understanding of rack and space management within a warehouse setup.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
