Operations Management: Oversee all daily store activities, ensuring smooth functioning and meeting business goals.
Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, receive/dispatch goods, maintain accurate records (MRR, stock ledgers), conduct audits, and implement stock control procedures to prevent losses.
Staff Supervision
