• Manage spare parts operations including procurement, storage, and distribution.

• Identify parts requirements and ensure timely availability to service and sales teams.

• Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and vendors for spare parts sourcing.

• Maintain optimum inventory levels while minimizing excess stock.

• Monitor parts consumption, usage trends, and prepare demand forecasts.

• Ensure accurate entry and tracking of parts in ERP / inventory management systems.

• Handle customer inquiries related to spare parts and provide technical support.

• Work closely with the service team to reduce downtime by ensuring parts readiness.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in the spare parts warehouse.
